Machida Kobato Kindergarten was established in 1966, and we have been providing early childhood education and care with the school principle “To be happy, proud and grateful for experiences and learning everyday” to nurture physically and mentally healthy children. We are currently seeking for kindergarten teachers. It is fulfilling environment with plentiful allowances with approx 125 days off per year which satisfies both physically and mentally.

We help teachers develop their professional skills by providing trainings and feedbacks, which make it possible to advance your skills while working with us.

日本国内だけでなく、世界中の国際バカロレア認定校（ＩＢワールドスクール）と交流することが可能です。

経験を積み、ＩＢＯに申請することで、ワークショップリーダーの資格を取得することも可能です。

Opportunities to attend various workshops on each levels provided by the IBO authorised workshop leaders.

After the workshops, you will receive certificates of participation upon completion.
Not only the domestic IB World school, there are opportunities to have interactions with people of IB World schools all over the world.
It is possible to become an IB Workshop leader as gaining experiences and qualified by IBO.
